Hamilton Town Hall for the Joe Biden Victory Fund!
Tonight was the Hamilton Town Hall in support of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. It was a cast Q & A moderated by director Tommy Kail, then included an awesome performance of the cast singing ‘The Room Where It Happens,’ and at the end was a brief message from Kamala Harris. It featured Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom, Jr., Renée Elise Goldsberry, Daveed Diggs, Christopher Jackson, Javier Muñoz, Okieriete Onaodowa, and many of the original cast – including ‘the Bullet’ (Ariana DeBose) and Samuel Seabury (Thayne Jasperson)! Phillipa Soo and Jonathan Groff were also supposed to be there, but I only saw them during the song. It started at 9:00 p.m. ET and lasted about 1.5 hours and over 100,000+ people watched the program.
