I finally got around to downloading the Vine app today and decided to try it out on the snow falling (yes its May 1st and the snow is falling). Vine is “a mobile service that lets you create and share short looping videos,” with a maximum time length is 6 seconds (https://support.twitter.com/articles/20170317#). Crazy weather, cool app.
