I tried to read The HOST when the book first came out a few years ago, but I could not get into it and abandoned it after a few chapters. But the previews looked interesting, so Nicky (Jenny decided to sleep and go to school instead of attending the movie with us. How sad is that. Sleep and education over a chick flick movie and no sleep. Good grief! Haha) and I braved the non-existent crowds, we were really expecting there to be more people, and attended the 12:01 am show last night aka this morning. The movie was ok. Nicky liked it more than I did. The acting was much better than any of the Twilight movies, which is not saying much. But sill, it was a fun time.
