No Inauguration tickets

I had applied for Inauguration tickets via my elected official and received an email today that they are canceling tickets for the public. Normally the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) issues 200,000 tickets to the official ceremonies at the Capitol and provides them to members of Congress to distribute to their constituents, but this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic and rising numbers the Biden/Harris Inaugural Ceremony on January 20, 2021 will resembles a State of the Union and tickets are limited to member of Congress and one guest. I have always wanted to see an Inauguration live and that item will remain on my bucket list or as I liked to call it “The Life List.”
