Kamala Harris at the Democratic National Convention

A night of wonderful speeches by Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren, Gabrielle Giffords, Nancy Pelosi, and Kamala Harris at the Democratic National Convention (August 19, 2020) and the historic nomination of Senator Kamala Harris as VP. But really, President Barack Obama’s speech was the best speech of the night and probably the whole convention. Vote!

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: “This can’t be another woulda, coulda, shoulda election.”

President Barack Obama: “What we do for the next 76 days will echo for generations to come.”

President Barack Obama: “Do not let them take away your power. Do not let them take away your democracy.”

Senator Kamala Harris: “No vaccine for racism.”

Senator Kamala Harris: “I accepts your nomination for the Vice President of the United States of America.”
