I never know if my book reviews will end up online and I tend not to be happy about it when they do. Online publications tend to disappear into the ether, at anytime and for any rhyme or reason. There is no permanence on the web or in the cloud. I love my Kindle, but at heart I am a physical book loving snob and proud of it! I want to feel the pages, see the book spine, smell the ink and the paper, fan the pages back and forth, and complain or be in awe of the book design.
