Tonight was the IT abandonment party at Sally’s. Our wonderful IT department (aka Steve) in the library is leaving to work for the U’s OIT. It was the U that decided to get rid of the IT dept in the library’s due to some nasty article in the Washington Post (of all things). There was a good size gathering at Sally’s and we were able to get outside on the patio, but it was humid! I had a chicken artichoke sandwich, tater tots, & and jumbo onion rings where were wonderful and then I had to go back to work. Good luck with the new department Steve!
