My friend Todd, who is in the same PhD program that I am, finished his PhD this Fall 2018. He is now officially a Doctor.
Todd’s dissertation is: “A New Keynesian, Neo-Institutional Synthesis: Connecting and Explaining Under-Evaluated Risks in Consumption, Trade, and Finance” and you can access it here https://aquila.usm.edu/dissertations/1568/. Yes, I know its embargoed December 7, 2019, but hopefully Todd will publish it before then.
