Today I traveled back to Gulfport, MS for my PhD program. My original plan of taking my comprehensive exams this past fall did not happen (in part due to my ongoing back injury recovery) and then I decided to change my minor from cultural development to security studies. I just need 2 more classes for the security studies minor (to go with my political development major) and luckily they are offering them this spring semester. So back to Mississippi via a delay in Atlanta and two long flights which were painful to the back.
