King Deadpool Vol. 1: Hail to the King by Kelly Thompson – Deadpool is up to mischief, what more can I say. Oh wait, an adorable land shark named Jeffrey.

Death of an Honest Man: A Hamish Macbeth Mystery Book 33 by M. C. Beaton – A horrible newcomer is murder and Hamish investigates.

Deadpool Vol. 3: Weasel Goes to Hell by Skottie Young – Deadpool vs an enemy from his past.

The Disappearance of Lady Frances Carfax by Arthur Conan Doyle – A woman is missing woman, can Holmes and Watson find her in time?

Beating About the Bush: An Agatha Raisin Mystery Book 30 by M. C. Beaton – A murder, a mystery at a factory, and a donkey find Agatha cranky as ever.

A Midwife’s Tale: The Life of Martha Ballard, Based on Her Diary 1785-1812 by Laurel Thatcher Ulrich – My history book club read this. Historian Ulrich puts midwife Martha Ballard’s diary into its historical perspective.

His Last Bow: An Epilogue of Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle – One of the last Holmes stories with Holmes going up against a WWI spy.

Captain Marvel: Beware the Flerken! by Calliope Glass and illustrated by Rob McClurkan – Adorably cute children’s book following a basic outline of the Captain Marvel movie as told by the Flerken named Goose. Skrulls and Nicholas J. Fury make an appearance.
