My Mom was quoted in the local newspaper – The Quad Community Press. She was at the local City Council meeting asking questions about a new building project that was original to house seniors citizens and now will house low income families. She also learned that one of the neighbors sold out and their house is going to be demolished to make a driveway. Needless to say no one in the neighborhood is happy about this 4 story apartment building, the coming constitutions, and the coming traffic. There were just a few people at the local City Council meeting, as the City did not announce it anywhere that people would actually see and read it, but apparently it was hidden in some notes somewhere, but you had to know where to dig for the information. It was almost like the City Council didn’t anyone to know what was going on.
