The Minnesota 99s had their Fall Chapter Meeting this afternoon at the Maple Lake Airport (KMGG) and because it was such a beautiful fall day (57 degrees!), Cheryl suggested we fly. Flying to a meeting is soo much more fun than driving and a lot faster. The colors are at their peak, there was a lovely view of a corn maze, and Cheryl let me fly her plane for a few minutes. At the meeting, the local restaurant Madigan’s deliver lunch to the airport for us and the meeting went a bit long, but we are starting to plan for a sectional meeting in 2016 (and coming up with lots of fun activities). There were also new members at today’s meeting. New members! Its always great to meet new members. A fantastic afternoon with some amazing pilots.
