March 2023 Reads

Lots of fun reading in March 2023, but sadly I ended up reading only 3 books. The books and the links to buy them are listed below.

Remember life is way too short to read a book that you don’t like, so read what interests you. Happy reading!

Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Q. Sutanto – This book screams to be made into a movie – a lady of a certain age with a lonely tea shop in San Francisco’s Chinatown finds a man murdered in her tea shop and Vera decides to solve the mystery herself.

A Curious Incident: A Sherlock Holmes Bookshop Mystery: Book 6 by Vicki Delany – Murder and the vandalism of a prize-winning garden takes place amongst garden club rivals and everyone is a suspect. Gemma is soon on the case!

Hollowed Out: A Warning about America’s Next Generation by Jeremy Adams – I read this book for my Political Science book club. It’s about the breakdown of the American educational system. Many good points and some less so.
