Madonna. Pop icon of the 1980s and now at 54 she still can put on a good show. The music was good, we (Michelle, Cece, Keely, and I) had a had a good time, but Madonna’s attempt at trying to be controversial is getting old. Guns, violence, religion, politics, nudity, and sex get a bit old after awhile and its not like its anything we have not seen from her before (and really watching her shoot her dancers and seeing blood splatter on the screen behind her or seeing her point the gun at the audience is not artistic in my opinion). It was a good thing we knew what time she would start singing (the concert started at 8pm and she did not sing until 10:30pm and continued until 12:30), so we knew we could be late and get some dinner.
