Hovering: 1) to hang fluttering in the air or 2) to remain suspended over a place (Merriam-Webster.com).
I hovered today! You see, hovering is totally cool and totally hard. You need to control 3 different elements (collective, cyclic and pedals), all the while looking out at whats going on and watching the dials. Granted it only lasted a few seconds before we veered off, but it was still very exciting!
