Finally, the rain stopped and the weather was nice and I was able to fly this morning, so we went to Cambridge (KCBG). Besides the lack of rain, the other odd thing about flying today was that the taxiway in front of the hanger is being repaved, so all the club planes are across the airport and are currently living outside for the week. Poor little things! The flight to KCBG was fine, but apparently everyone is a bit stir crazy, because there were tons of planes out and about. There was even a Albatross out flying. Beautiful plane, but man it was loud! Even the Tower commented on it, they also asked when I was flying on my own! Haha, soon, soon. I have said it before and I will say it again, the Tower guys at KANE are the best!
