There is only one cure for a snowy, rainy, icky, gray day and that is Mexican food with friends! Dinner tonight was with Nicky and Jenny at everyone’s favorite La Casita. My cousins had worked there years ago and I had not visited in a few years, but it’s always fun to eat at La Casita and they have the best fried ice cream!
