A quiet Christmas Eve as it was just me and Mom. The roads were still bad from the winter storms over the past few days, but it was a warm zero with a -15 wind-chill when I ventured out to get Olive Garden this morning. Mom’s favorite Christmas gift so far is the 1 lbs box of chocolate covered potato chips from Candyland from Ginger and me.
