Canada!
I am in Canada for the next few days attending the ISA (International Studies Association) 55th Annual Convention and my PhD program is also doing its Midterms (so a combination of conference and classes). I did get to see one talk today by Todd Barry who is in my program: “Policy by Tautologies: How Institutional Structures and Communication Flaws let to War” and the rest of the ‘Determinants of US Foreign Policy after 9/11: American Exceptionalism or Domestic Interests?’
