My Sherlockian limericks were published in The Canon, Five Lines at a Time: A Collection of Poetic Meditations on the Original Sherlock Holmes Tales!
Steve Mason and The Crew of the Barque Lone Star (a Sherlock Holmes Literary Society of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area and a Scion Society of the Baker Street Irregulars) put out a call for limericks this past summer and I heard about it at the ‘Dark Places, Wicked Companions, and Strange Experiences’ Conference. Having never written a limerick before I thought I would give it a try. So I wrote two and submitted them and now they are published! How fun is that!
