This is what happens when it’s -13

I tired to blow a few bubbles this afternoon, but it was so cold and windy that I was just outside for a few minutes before I had to go back inside. The temp at the time this photo was taken was officially -13 (but I had another reading of -16) and the windchill was -42. The polar vortex continues with much colder temps.
