Physical therapy

Physical therapy, oh the fun. Today was my first day of physical therapy and it went as well as can be expected. With the foot being moved, twisted, and exercised, plus driving (my second day driving) it was a very long day and as expected, my foot was pretty swollen by the end of the day. The back is a bit more sore from today’s activities and I expected it to be even worse tomorrow.
