Sunday! Up early to checkout of the hotel and then off to breakfast at 7:30am. The unique food this time was banana peanut butter waffles (yes, I know it does sounds like a Elvis food)! I was not going to eat one, but I got talked into trying a bit. It was not bad, but had a mushy texture. Then off to Stats class again! Yes, Stats class #3! Which is a lot of stats at 8am. So basically thats it for the day. Lunch and off to the airport for the long and hopefully uneventful trip back to the land of snow and cold.
