November 4 is the 100th anniversary of Discovery of King Tutankhamun’s tomb

November 4 is the 100th anniversary of the Discovery of King Tutankhamun’s tomb by Howard Carter. 1922 was the year. We still don’t know a lot about the tomb and whom it was original crated for, but we do know a lot more now than we did then. It look Carter 10 years to clean out the tome and get things organized. I was in Egypt back in the 1990s and had a wonderful time. I will have to see if I can find my photos of Tutankhamun and Egypt. Egypt is a beautiful country and everyone should visit for the history, culture, amazing people, and wonderful food.
