Day One in Mississippi – the Arrival!
Left Minnesota to rain and gray sky’s (and snow in Northern Minnesota) and arrived in Mississippi to muggy, warm weather with a sandstorm and rain going on at the beach in Gulfport. There was some turbulence on the flights from Minneapolis to Atlanta and then to Gulfport, but it was too not bad. Or I did not worry about it, having been in rougher turbulence in the Sundowner and I proceeded to sleep through it. No idea there were really bad storms happening around the south. Trying to work around the hotel’s internet issues, finishing a paper, and studying rounded out the rest of the day.
Up next…spring semester finals and the Qualifying Exam!!!!
