One of the local pizza places- Mesa Pizza makes these great gourmet pizzas and one of my favorite ones is the Macaroni and Cheese pizza. Now you may think that it sounds like an odd combination to put on a pizza and I must admit the texture is a bit odd, but its really good. They also do a great Penne Marinara pizza.
Because the pizza delivery dude refuses to go inside the University buildings during the school year (I dont know why, thats just what they tell us), Jimmy, one of my student workers, braved the frigid weather to get the pizza from the pizza delivery dude. The pizza was half Macaroni and Cheese and half Pepperoni.
