The first day of 2014 brings news of my last publication of 2013, a book chapter that I wrote ages ago (or perhaps it just seems ages ago). The book is called The New Academic Librarian: Essays on Changing Roles and Responsibilities and my chapter is called “Circulation Supervisor Superstar or Jill of All Trades, Mistress of None?” Isn’t that a great title?
Apparently the book was published on December 24, 2013 and it is currently Out of Stock, but if you wish you can put in an order for $55.00 (yes, I know, librarian titles are insanely expensive, but Amazon does have it discounted) here: http://www.amazon.com/The-New-Academic-Librarian-Responsibilities/dp/0786471530/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388602118&sr=8-1&keywords=9780786471539 or from the publisher http://www.mcfarlandbooks.com/book-2.php?id=978-0-7864-7153-9
