A very windy Thursday (but the skies were calm at 3000 feet) did not stop me from doing a little flying today. I did some slow flying (when I looked at the cars below us, they were going faster than the airplane!), as well as some crabbing and slips (used for flying into the wind and crosswind landing). Here are a few photos from today of the Sundowner and the new Firefly keychain I got for my Sundowner keys (yes, I have keys to the airplane).
On the family front: congrats to the evil twin (if she really does get married this time), congrats to Cousin Jan on her wedding tomorrow, and get well soon to Cousin Judy!
