The Age of AI: And Our Human Future by by Henry A Kissinger, Eric Schmidt, and Daniel Huttenlocher – my political science book club read this. A good overview of AI.
Sherlock Sam and the Alien Encounter on Pulau Ubin: Book 4 by A. J. Low and illustrated by Andrew Tan – a really cute take on Sherlock Holmes for kids of all ages
Amongst Our Weapons: Rivers of London Book 9 by Ben Aaronovitch – the best Rivers of London book so far with the usual cast of characters
SPQR: A History of Ancient Rome by Mary Beard – read for my history book club, its a fabulous telling of the rise of Rome
The Professor Wore Prussian Blue: Mysterious Devices 6: Magnificent Devices Book 22 – by Shelley Adina – the last book in Adina’s Magnificent Devices series
Crudrat: The Tinkered Stars by Gail Carriger – a sci-fi story of a young girl surviving on her own on a space station
