We celebrated an early Christmas today when Louisa and Julian (plus their parents) stopped over for their gifts. I continued my tradition as the weird Aunt who gives books, with not only one, but two books this year and yes, both were personalized autographed books: book 1 was “Where is My Belly Button?” by Heather Martin (Heather is in my PhD program) and book 2 was “Cat, You Better Come Home” by Garrison Keillor (thanks J for telling me about this book!).
