A 3 hour car ride, partly though the mountains and dodging elk started the day at 6am as I drove to El Paso for the flight via Dallas to Minnesota. Unfortunately due to the bad weather American Airlines trapped us on the airplane for an extra two hours in Dallas and did not feel the need to update anyone on board. Long day!
