Today was a lovely Minnesota Day. Not to hot and not to cold. A little windy, but thats fine as it keeps away the mosquitoes.
So I took advantage of the nice weather to walk down for the U of Minnesota’s Farmers Market. They have the Farmers Market on Wednesdays during the summer and sometimes they music and food during the lunch hour. I got there about 20 minutes before they closed and manged to buy some: raspberries (there was a sign which said picked this morning and no chemicals!), green and yellow beans and some sweet peas. I also got a pint of strawberries for Pat, a library co-worker.
It was also pizza Wednesday with tonight’s flavor: 1/2 honey mustard chicken and 1/2 cheesy potato.
